Testimonials

Ned Glynn and Sonoma Valley Stables are an excellent example of good training, solid horsemanship, and sportsmanship!

Many years of experience in the hunter jumper competition industry have given Ned the skills to manage, train, and mentor in a positive way with a healthy attitude towards competition that results in championships but more importantly well-rounded athletes both human and equine.
Over the years, we have sent students to competitions with Sonoma Valley Stables where they have coached our clients from the pony hunters all the way up to 1:50 Grands Prix. Our clients are always very pleased, not only with their results, but with their overall experience. Sonoma Valley Stables is a solid facility with super staff that have been a part of the Sonoma Valley Stables family and program for many years.

Ned Glynn’s Sonoma Valley Stables is a top-notch hunter jumper training and show stable.

All aspects of the training, care, weekly instruction and show prep are carefully and thoroughly planned and executed by Ned and his highly competent team of assistant trainers, grooms and staff.  SVS’ success at shows in California and nationwide is indisputable.  What is less known is the happy, calm barn environment where riders deeply enjoy their time with their horses and teammates, and horses are happy and healthy.  For riders, the farm is a calm refuge from daily life and concerns where they can concentrate on the details of improving their riding and enjoy time with good friends.  Sonoma Valley Stables is a gem.
